Tony Williams
Tony Williams is the principal of Jomati Consultants LLP, a leading UK based international management consultancy specialising in the legal profession. Jomati’s services are designed to support law firms, barristers chambers and in-house legal departments on a range of strategic issues that include potential mergers and reorganisations. Prior to establishing Jomati Consultants, Tony had almost 20 years’ experience at Clifford Chance as a corporate lawyer, his last role as Worldwide Managing Partner.
He left in 2000 to become Worldwide Managing Partner of Andersen Legal prior to the collapse of the Andersen organisation in 2002 in the wake of Enron. He established Jomati Consultants in October 2002. |

Miguel Ángel Pérez de la Manga
Miguel Ángel is the founding partner of Perez + Partners Consultants. He is specialized in leadership and management of law firms. Many Spanish companies have set their strategy and execute the direction and management with the assistance of his experience and knowledge. He is a consultant and professor of management at different institutions. He has also workd as lawyer in private practice for twelve years. He obtained his degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and PDG from IESE Business School. Nowadays he has become the Academic Director of the Master in Management of Law Firms (ISDE). He collaborates with the University of Navarra where he is Professor of management in its Master for accessing to the Legal profession practice. |

Aurora N. Abella-Austriaco
President of the Chicago Bar Association, Aurora N. Abella-Austriaco, is Of Counsel at Clark Hill PLC, where she concentrates in the areas of real estate litigation, construction litigation, mechanic's liens, defense of mortgage foreclosure, mortgage fraud, title insurance claims and other special chancery remedy cases. Before joining Clark Hill, she headed her own firm, Austriaco and Associates. She also spent five years with a small boutique firm, worked for Harold Levine Ltd. for four years, and served as Corporate Counsel and Managing Attorney for the Indiana operations for Attorney's Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. for 10 years. She graduated from De Paul University with a B.S. in Finance (1987) and a J.D. (1990). She is a past Chair of the CBA Young Lawyers' Section, and a former Vice-President of the Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR). She serves on the board of the Chicago Bar Foundation and served as the first female and minority President of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers' Association (IRELA). She was a founding board member of the Filipino American Bar Association, past board member and current member of the Asian American Bar Association and former member of the ISBA Real Estate Section Council. She also served on the Board of the Women's Bar Association of Illinois (WBAI), the Presence St. Joseph’s Hospital’s Governance Board, Hubbard Street Dance Board and was elected to the Board of Directors of Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund, Inc., a bar related title insurance company. She is the first female minority elected to the ATG board. She was Chair of the 2012 Magistrate Merit Selection Panel Committee and served as Chair of the Tellers Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) House of Delegates, as a member of the ABA Standing Committee on Meetings and Travel and as a member of the ABA Standing Committee on Constitution and Bylaws. She is currently serving her third year as CBA delegate to the ABA House of Delegates and a member of the ABA House of Delegates Select Committee. She also served as 2012 Diversity Director for the ABA General Practice Division. She also serves as a Commissioner for the Park Ridge Planning and Zoning Commission as well as a Commissioner for the Cook County Human Rights Commission. |
